What to Expect: Explore the natural beauty of Glenrock from the peace and stillness of mindfulness. A gentle walk through the trees, sitting on the river rocks, listening to the music of the birds and the flowing water.  Participate in group mindfulness exercises to help you let go and release whatever may be disturbing your peace.
A safe, supported and sensory walk.  An opportunity for earthing your soul and steeping inside the sanctuary of a State Conservation Area.

How it Works:  Meet at Yuelarbah Trail Carpark (simple to find – see the map below) and then just follow with the group.  Each wellness walk is a unique experience of mindfulness.
